African Journal of Management and Business Research (AJMBR) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal that mainly publishes academic papers and research findings related to business and management, including strategy, international business, organizational behavior, and human resources, marketing, information management, production management, technology management, finance, accounting, and other related fields. The Journal is currently published quarterly in March, June, September, and December of each year, with each issue containing 7 to 12 papers. 

Submission is free and streamlined. All accepted articles are peer-reviewed, might be accepted or refused by the editorial board taking into consideration results of the peer review process, and are available free to all upon publication.
