Furthermore, this study was conducted for the period of ten (10) years from 2012 to 2021. The population of this study comprised of thirteen (13) industrial goods firms listed in Nigerian. The sample comprised the (10) listed industrial goods firms in Nigeria as at 31<sup>st</sup> December, 2021. For the techniques of data analysis, the Feasible Generalized List Square (FGLS) regression was employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that board size, Chief executive Compensation, audit committee independence and firm size have statistical positive and significant impact on financial reporting quality of listed industrial goods firms in Nigeria. However, it was found that board independence, board professional expertise, board gender and board shareholding are jointly, negatively and insignificantly related with financial reporting quality of listed industrial goods firms in Nigeria. Given this entrepreneurial effectiveness in economic development, scholars, policymakers, and other relevant stakeholders have sought to explore the underlining traits that distinguish entrepreneurs from the rest of the populace. The focus of this paper was to unveil some of these traits and examine the causal relationship between them and venture creation intention by university graduates, and, the moderating role of effectuation on the traits. Using a survey design approach, data were collected randomly from 243 students in four selected universities across Kwara State, Nigeria. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyse the data. Our findings showed that traits such as entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial skills and effectuation logic were associated with venture creation, while opportunity recognition, risk propensity and entrepreneurial education were not. The moderating effect of effectuation was insignificant. The paper concluded that some of the assumed traits in extant literature have been insignificant in this study. The study employed a descriptive methodology and survey design. An online Raosoft sample size calculator was used to determine a sample size of 117 from 278 population. Hence, 117 questionnaires were administered to the selected essential staff of FMC, Bida comprising of Doctors, Nurses, Science laboratorist, Pharmacist using stratified random sampling technique at convenient. Data collected were presented in a frequency distribution tables, analysed and interpreted. The hypotheses were tested using linear regression statistical method (SPSS, V.21). The result revealed that occupational health and safety management (OHSM) in relations to sensitization programs, policy practices and sufficiency of the facilities affects employees’ performance. This paper examined the problems and Prospects of privatization and commercialization of public enterprises in Nigeria is the attempt to help the general public to know about the privatization and commercialization and how they have affected the development of the Nation. Although, some of the problems facing public- owned enterprise were examined as well. It looked at the pressure on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to fully implement the structural adjustment program that leads to massive deregulation, privatization, and commercialization of public owned enterprises. In addition, it looked at the merits if any, of privatization and commercialization through extensive theoretical review of the performance of the private enterprise in Nigeria. Theories, rationale, and challenges of privatization and commercialization were addressed. The conclusion was that privatization is a good policy measure, which must be pursued with vigor, truth, sincerity, and transparencies even though the government is using such policies to foster a new division of labour between the public and private sectors in a bid to order, increase the efficiency and contribution to the development of both sectors. Privatization and commercialization in Nigeria will be a mirage unless institutional reforms take place. The government should create an environment favorable for private economic activity. The sample size of 110 using the stratified sampling technique was adopted. One hundred copies or 90% were duly completed and returned and that was used in the analysis. Research questions were answered using mean and standard deviation, while the null hypotheses were tested at .05 significance level using regression model. The findings showed that there is relationship between office staff performance and norms as well as values. A census sample of 49 respondents was determined from a total population of 56 academic staff of Business school, using Taro Yamane sample size formula. Thus, stratified random sampling techniques was adopted in administering questionnaires and the primary data obtained were presented and analyzed in frequency distribution tables, and Spearman Rank Correlation statistical tool of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used, for testing the hypotheses. The findings of the study reveals that manpower training and development; Training design (</em>Psig 0.000<0.05<em>), On-the-Job Training (</em>Psig 0.000<0.05<em>) and Delivery style (</em>Psig 0.003<0.05<em>) has positive significant effects on employees’ performance. Entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial activities are therefore essential for economic development of any nation. The study focused on the assessment of challenges faced by female entrepreneurs in accessing micro insurance in Lagos state, Nigeria. The main of objective of the study is to examine the challenges female entrepreneurs face in accessing micro insurance protection while the specific objective is to identify the challenges which female entrepreneurs encounter in accessing micro insurance policies in Nigeria. Descriptive survey research design would be used for this study to empirically investigate the impact of micro insurance on performance of female entrepreneurs in Lagos State. Descriptive research operation focuses on the explanation of the characteristics of individuals. 120 copies of the questionnaire were administered to the respondent who were randomly selected by the researcher. This concluded that obstacles that prevent women owned enterprises from accessing micro insurance in Lagos state, Nigeria are lack of awareness of micro insurance, societal attitudes and norms, gender discrimination, illiterate and confined most about the benefits of micro insurance and cultural practices and the belief system. The study recommends that the identified challenges that inhibits women owned enterprises from accessing micro insurance should be corrected so as to allow women owned enterprises have access to micro insurance. This study adopts the ex post facto research design and collected data from the CBN and National Bureau of Statistics over the period 1986 to 2022 culminating in thirty-six (36) years. The study conducted the unit root test using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller test and found all variables to be stationary at level which denotes that there will not be any spurious result in the study. From the analysis, the study found that there is an existence of an equilibrium relationship among the variables and over 98% of disequilibrium can be corrected over a year. From the OLS, the study found that the monetary policy rate has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between government administrative expenditure and economic growth in Nigeria. On the other hand, the study found that the monetary policy rate has a non-significant moderating effect on the relationship between public social expenditure and economic growth in Nigeria. The study concludes that the monetary authority should be sensitive in directing its policies such as interest rates because they indirectly impact government expenditures that can propel economic growth. The study used the dimensions of Organizational Behaviour (OB) to include people, work environment and technology in relation to the independent variable of task delivery. The sample size adopted the census sampling technique in which the entire population of 100 was studied. Out of the 100 copies of questionnaires distributed, 90 representing 90% were duly returned and completed and the study used the returned copies for its study. The study used modified 4-likert scale of Strongly agreed (4), Agreed (3), Disagree (2), Strongly Disagreed (1). The three research questions were answered using mean and standard deviation at mean criterion of 2.5, while the null hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Correlation Coefficient (PPMC) at .05 significance level. The study found, as concluded, that the variables of people, work environment and technology significantly relate to task delivery of administrative staff in tertiary institutions in Rivers State. Four hypotheses were put forth in ascertaining the empirical relationship between the two variables. The study adapted autonomy and flexibility as the dimensions of the predictor variable and product innovativeness and process innovativeness as measures of the criterion variable . The research adopted a cross sectional survey design which adopted the use of the questionnaire for data collection. The total population of the study consist of 120 staff of deposit money bank within the Rumuola and Rumuokwuta axis of PortHarcout due to the smallness of its population a census was adopted . The study adopted the Spearman rank order correlation coefficient with the aid of the statistical package for social sciences in the assessment of the relationship between the predictor and the criterion variable . The test of hypotheses adopted a 95percent confidence interval implying a 0.05percent level of significance. The findings of the study indicate there is strong significant relationship between remote work structure and employee innovativeness.. Based on the findings of the study, we therefore make the following vital recommendations: Organizations should allow employees a level of autonomy to permit them sometimes to work in the confined of their homes. Organizations need to organize training and retraining programs bothering on the creativity to enhance the quality of their products. This study utilized a descriptive research design to investigate the impact of inclusive Leadership on employee work engagement in the University College Teaching Hospital, Ibadan. A sample size of 379 employees was selected using stratified random sampling, and data was collected through a questionnaire survey. The data were analyzed using regression analysis, and the results revealed a that (β = 0.789, t = 11.819, p = .005), which shows inclusive Leadership positively affects employee work engagement in University College Teaching Hospital. The findings emphasize the importance of inclusive Leadership in creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, which fosters employee engagement, innovative behavior, and prosocial behaviors. The economic growth and development of an organisation invariably depends on the organisational culture, norms, custom, morals and belief, though, given less attention in our society today. Organisational culture is the underlying beliefs, assumptions, values and ways of interaction that contributes to the unique social and psychological environment of an organisation. Culture is considered the “glue” that holds an organisation/society together, and for others, the “compass” that provides direction. The desire to learning and knowing things around us, therefore, is a fundamental part of human existence. From birth, however, human development and knowledge acquisitions are a learning process through which we explore and come to terms with our environment, workplace, and we soon discover that we are not alone, and in the paradox of human existence both compete with others for scarce resources and cooperate to find and share them. Human beings have to be curious, competitive and cooperative; both as individuals and as social group; we ensure our survival either by attempts to dominate others by ways of imposing our cultures and traditions on them for one reason or the other for mutual benefit. In the same vein, human beings for millions of years ago have wanted to dominate others either for economic, political, religious, social, cultural, or selfish reasons, etc., the maintenance of our cultural norms and practices have taken a centre stage in our day-to-day activities.
