Abstract

The satisfaction received from housing is critical to how people's daily lives are impacted. As a result, the significance of suitable housing in any given situation cannot be overstated. This paper examines how residential satisfaction generated from a specific house affects people's lived experiences. This is investigated using parameters such as environmental quality, noise, and safety and security. This study used a qualitative method that included interviews and personal observation. Findings from the various neighbourhoods revealed that residents had varying levels of satisfaction, ranging from satisfied to dissatisfied. It is recommended that the government come up with policies that will not only make the environment clean and safe but also make sure that the needs of the people who live there are taken into account. This will help the people who live there be more satisfied with their homes.
